1、 Due to the internal reasons of the mounter equipment, the suction nozzle of the mounter does not suck material

On the one hand, the suction nozzle of the placement machine is lack of vacuum negative pressure. Before the suction nozzle takes parts, it automatically switches the mechanical valve on the mounting head from blowing to real adsorption, which produces a certain negative pressure. When the negative pressure sensor detects the value within a certain range after the parts are absorbed, the machine is normal, on the contrary, the suction is poor. Generally, the negative pressure at the suction nozzle from the pick-up position to the mounting position should be at least 400mmhg, and the negative pressure of the mounting large device should be above 70mmhg, so the filter in the vacuum pump should be cleaned regularly to ensure sufficient negative pressure; at the same time, the working state of the negative pressure detection sensor should be checked regularly. On the other hand, the filter on the mounting head and the filter on the suction nozzle are blackened due to the pollution and blockage of the surrounding environment or the impure gas source. Therefore, the filter should be replaced regularly. Generally, the filter on the suction nozzle should be replaced at least half a month, and the filter on the mounting head should be replaced at least half a year, so as to ensure the smooth flow of air.

2、 The suction nozzle of placement machine does not suck material due to external reasons

On the one hand, it is the pressure relief of the air source circuit, such as the aging and fracture of the rubber pipe, the aging and wear of the sealing parts, and the wear of the suction nozzle after a long time of use. On the other hand, it is the large amount of waste generated by the adhesive or the dust in the external environment, especially the paper tape packaging components after cutting off, which results in the blocking of the suction nozzle of the mounter. Therefore, it is necessary to check the cleanliness of the suction nozzle every day and monitor it at any time In order to ensure the good condition of the suction nozzle, it is necessary to clean or replace the clogged or defective suction nozzle in time. 3、 The problem of SMT suction nozzle itself leads to no suction

4、 Because of the feeder failure of the placement machine, the suction nozzle of the placement machine does not suck material
